Stage 1 of this boutique development featured four high-quality industrial units, each offering over 300m² of usable space. Designed for flexibility and long-term use, the complex combines practical layout with a clean, modern industrial finishes.
Copper Electrical was engaged to deliver a full design and construct electrical package, managing all aspects of the electrical systems from the ground up. The goal was to build a reliable, efficient setup that met compliance requirements and could grow with the future needs of each occupant.
The Process
Being a design and construct project, we worked closely with the developer from the early stages to develop a tailored electrical solution for the site.
We delivered full electrical services including power and lighting, main switchboards and infrastructure, mechanical ventilation, emergency lighting, and data cabling. We also installed common-area power and lighting systems for shared use across the site.
To future-proof the site, we ensured each unit was set up for easy solar installation down the track, saving time and cost for any future tenants looking to add renewable energy.
The Outcome
The project was delivered on time and to a high standard, with all electrical systems fully compliant and built to last. Each unit now has a complete, ready-to-use setup that’s both functional and adaptable.
