This renovation and extension project was designed to meet the needs of a growing family while preserving the charm of the original facade. A striking modern extension was added at the rear, featuring a new kitchen and living space that flows seamlessly onto a covered deck. A second storey was also introduced, creating a private master suite retreat.

Lighting was used sparingly, ensuring it marinated a beautiful, homely feel but also had enough light in areas where task lighting was required.

Upgrades to the existing home focused on comfort and energy efficiency, This project was recognised at the 2024 Master Builders Association Excellence in Building Awards for its commitment to energy efficiency and environmental sustainability.
