Located in Toowoon Bay on the NSW Central Coast, Amari House is a custom-built home designed by Brent Fitzpatrick from Fabric Architecture. This high end coastal home had it all – clean lines, natural finishes, and loads of natural light. The result is a calm, modern space that feels both elegant and relaxed.

From the start, it was clear this was going to be a standout project, and a great example of what we do best when it comes to luxury electrical on the Central Coast.

The Process

We were brought in early to work alongside Brent, the architect, to help plan and deliver a complete electrical package. The brief was simple: keep things clean and understated the desired outcome, while building a smart, reliable system behind the scenes.

Our team assisted with lighting layout and fitting selection, power point placement, and carried out full design and installation for the solar system, security, access control, and Wi-Fi network. Every part of the electrical system was carefully considered to ensure seamless integration across the entire home.

The Outcome

Amari House is one of our favourite projects to date, a real showcase of luxury electrical done right on the Central Coast. It was one of the first homes in Australia to feature the new Clipsal Solis range of switches and power points. We also used Clipsal Wiser to automate lighting in the main living areas and outdoor zones.

The end result is a stylish, functional, and future-ready home. Every part of the system works together to make living here easy, efficient, and enjoyable.
